Our Team

Honesty, integrity, reliability and accuracy are values at the heart of the Pathfinder Land Surveying company culture. We will always do the right thing.

West Virginia is a small state.

Because of the nature of the terrain, our history, and the realities of our economy, our communities are often tightly knit and multigenerational.

As members of these Appalachian communities, Pathfinder’s ownership operates with transparency, remains approachable, and manages all relationships with respectful communication. We feel a profound responsibility to represent our company and our state with excellence and honesty.
